I have been in the Human Resources field for over 16 years.

During this period I have focussed on various HR disciplines that included but are not limited to HR Administration, Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Job evaluation, Learning & Development, Labour/ Employee Relations, Change Management, Organisational Development, etc.

I have consulted and worked as a Human Resources Generalist at various levels in day to day HR operations, the management of the HR function and HR projects in the public and corporate environments.

My HR experience includes operating in both the local and international arena.
