Gained a wealth of corporate experience in consulting, human resources, financial, executive and general management in senior positions in the public and private sector over a 27-year period. Fully conversant, skilled and qualified in all elements of industrial psychology, psychometrical services, HR (all disciplines), Support Services (i.e. Finance, Communication, IT, etc) and management consulting technology.
Extensive experience has been gained through successful project delivery in terms of consulting solutions as well as in defining, analysing and redesigning all SAP HCM (HR & Payroll) business practices, processes and solutions.
2004 - 2010Gained experience in numerous Industries (Mining, Manufacturing, Retail, Services, Banking, Petrochemical, etc) in various countries and managed multiple total project life cycles successfully for the HCM Practice. As HCM Content / Subject Matter Expert, areas of expertise include the assessment, definition, analysis, design / redesign, improvement and management of SAP HCM business practices, processes and solutions; Human Capital Business Transformation / Improvement (process adoption, integration with technology and innovation performance services), Organisational and Human Capital Transformation (i.e. HR Service Delivery), Enterprise Performance Management, Regulatory (e.g. GRC, SOX, RACM's, etc), HR Operations, BPO Services (e.g. policy development) and General HRM / "People" Services consulting.

1999 - 2001The Executive Manager: Support Services was responsible for (1) providing overall direction and strategic leadership to the company, and (2) aligning the Support Services Directorate (HR Administration, HR Training & Development, Financial and Support Services [IT, Public Relations, Communications and Executive Outsourcing] sections with the overall business strategy in such a manner that it will assist the Company in effectively and efficiently achieving its strategic goals and objectives.
1982 - 1998A senior management position with the full range of Human Resources / Personnel Management, development, administrative and general day-to-day management responsibilities and duties. A multifaceted position with a portfolio consisting of all the Human Resources related functions / responsibilities (HR planning, recruitment, staffing, training & development [including mentoring and coaching at Senior and Executive Management level], personnel administration, career development & succession planning, performance management, motivation, liaison & negotiation at all levels, IR activities, Employee Wellness, HRIS implementations, etc), change management and strategic development.
