    My career has provided me with exciting experiences in the fields of Commercial Leadership, Sales and Marketing Leadership, Change Management, Strategy Development, Organizational Design and General Management. I have been able to work at senior and executive management levels for over 15 years, and as such I have been exposed to best practices within a number of world-class global organizations. I enjoy working in environments that are fast paced and provide a large degree of change in order to adapt to the challenging business environment. I have operated across Africa and the Middle East for several years, and negotiated and dealt with suppliers in France, Belgium, India and China during my time at Cummins. I believe my core skill sets give me the ability to match business to market needs in diverse complex environments, and then to develop and implement a strategy to ensure growth for the organization. I have led, and still lead diverse teams to successfully drive business growth and have a proven track record of business performance improvement and profitable growth.
